Instructions for Club, Congregation, and Bundle Subscribers:

Club Subscribers

The person submitting the club should enter his/her information in the “Send To” and “Bill To” forms. Click here, which will open a blank e-mail message pre-addressed to our business office. Write a note in the message blank indicating that this is a Club subscription, after which list the information requested in the “Send To” section above on each additional subscriber (besides yourself) who will be in the club (you may send more than ten addresses including yours, but no fewer than ten to qualify for the Club rate). Send the message to our business office. THE GOSPEL JOURNAL will bill the person whose information appears in the “Bill To” form for the entire club at $14.00 per address submitted. The Club submitter will be responsible for collecting the subscription charge from each club member and for paying the invoice for the Club.

 
Congregation Subscribers

The person submitting the subscription should enter the congregation’s information in the “Send To” and “Bill To” forms. Click here, which will open a blank e-mail message pre-addressed to our business office. Write a note in the message blank indicating that this is a Congregation subscription, after which list the “Send To” form information on every household in the congregation. (Hint: To save time and effort, if you have your membership list in a word processor, you may simply copy and paste it into your subscription e-mail message.) Important: In the same message, supply the information you want included in your complimentary “Church Listings” ad each month (approximately 35 words). Send the message to our business office. THE GOSPEL JOURNAL will bill the congregation per the information in the “Bill To” form for the entire club at $14.00 per address submitted.

 
Bundle Subscribers

The person submitting the subscription should enter the congregation’s information in the “Send To” and “Bill To” forms if the bundle is for a congregation. If the person submitting the subscription is ordering and paying for the bundle, the submitter should enter his/her own information in the forms. Click here, which will open a blank e-mail message pre-addressed to our business office. Write a note in the message blank indicating that this is a Bundle subscription, after which indicate the number of copies for your bundle each month (you may order more than ten copies, no fewer than ten to qualify for the Bundle rate). THE GOSPEL JOURNAL will bill the congregation or person whose information appears in the “Bill To” form for the entire bundle at $15.00 per number of issues ordered.
